"The trade agreement started last year and we now had a trading relationship with 46 e-commerce companies in the Mumbai region, 7 in Pune and 6 in Goa," said a senior Post Department official. "In the last fiscal year, we received nearly Rs. 10 billion from the supply of items booked through e-commerce companies, and for the current year we have doubled our target," he said, adding that the department had the Right to examine the articles for the investigation and intercept purposes.
